Our Managed Backup clients are looking for something better than just storage in the cloud. They understand that good backups require constant monitoring, both by computer and humans. Managed Backup clients get reporting on their backups, done by a techie who inspects every part of the backup process to make sure that everything is operating normally. You also receive a regular report with a summary of findings, including an "all good" when everything is working as it should be.
