NOTICE: For Any Service Customers with Labels

If you recently came in for service at our 252 Newbury Street location, you may have received a label with your service number placed on your equipment. We've found that recent labels used for this purpose are not coming off as easily as they were intended to. Below is an explanation of the problem and what you can do if you're experiencing an issue with removing one of these stickers.

It has been our policy to use Avery's "Easy Peel" stickers, which are designed to be easily removed without leaving any residue or adhesive. However, we've found that a recent lot of these stickers do not work as advertised.

We've pulled all of these stickers from use and are working with another supplier to get new stickers that will not create problems.

If you received equipment that has one of these stickers placed on it and have experienced issues removing the sticker, we're offering complementary removal of the sticker as well as a no-cost Bench Fee (usually $30) for your next repair visit with us to make up for any inconvenience. Simply bring by the equipment to our shop at 252 Newbury Street, and we'll remove it for you while you wait.

As an alternative, we've found that rubbing alcohol will remove the residue if you'd prefer not to bring in your equipment.
