Apple Resellers React To Latest iPhone Snub
Do I mind that Apple doesn't consider us for the mass market? As the owner of an Apple reseller and service location which is now located 50 feet behind the largest Apple Store in Boston, I have to say that Apple can keep the mass market.
We'll help you, Apple's business and professional customers - who find the Apple Store too crowded, too impersonal, and too inexperienced with servers - with better solutions for their business. We're clearly a better solution for you. The Apple Store is clearly better for consumers.
In 2009, we are renewing our focus on our core market - that's you, the professional Mac users of New England (and London). That's why our tagline remains "Technology for Genius."
