Paulo Rodrigues was literally my saving grace! You have no idea how happy I was to have my computer and info back in working order. To top it off, when I went to pay for the hour he spent with me - he said 'no charge' because it was related to the original visit!! EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I was amazed!!
