As a business-class IT provider, Tech Superpowers takes security very seriously. We respect the privacy and data security of each and every client independently of every other client. Our security policy covers things as simple as family photos on a computer being repaired or as complex as your company's critical data.
Our client data security charter is as follows:
- We retain client data only as long as it needs to be retained.
- We restrict access to client information to Tech Superpowers full-time employees who are contractually bound to client confidentiality.
- We will not provide access to client data to anyone except for the client or staff who need access the data to do their jobs, with the exception of law enforcement.
- Client data when stored on our servers will be protected via RAID systems which can sustain a drive failure without loss of data. If not, multiple copies of your data will be retained.
